HOMA ALEMI, graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin, is a member of the Order of Architects of the Turin province. She specializes in the field of architectural barriers, fire prevention, sports engineering and safety coordination on construction sites.
The company based in Turin since 1990 and has carried out design activities in the following areas: Urban regeneration, Master planning and Financial plan.
The studio has designed urban redevelopment for many suburban neighborhoods, taking care of the whole design process, from the feasibility study to the executive projects. Some projects concern district of social housing, located also near industrial areas. Other projects concern the refunctionalization of abandoned industrial areas, others concern the redevelopment and expansion of residential areas.
HOMA ALEMI has won the Hotel Design competition organized by Tecnoproject company, she is specialized in the design of hotels and resorts and also performs interior design Residential construction is one of the main branches of activity of the architectural team, which has already built numerous residential buildings of various kinds such as social housing, cooperatives, single-family homes.
The team in particular is interested in deepening the issues related to the use of innovative materials and technologies, which allow to obtain the best results for the purpose of durability of construction, reduction of construction and maintenance costs, reduction of energy consumption, the improvement of living comfort, safety and accessibility.
Design of public spaces is one of the main branches of activity of the company, which has already designed numerous public areas in relation to the urban redevelopment projects for neighborhoods.
To complete the goals to be achieved about urban redevelopment projects, the team has designed a series of projects aimed at the refunctionalization and enhancement of public areas that helps promote social interaction and a sense of community.
